Hello and welcome to my Professional E-Portfolio. My name is Austin L. Smith and I am currently studying Applied Administration, full time, at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College. I intend on beginning my studies further with U.C. this fall to complete my Master’s of Business Administration through The Lindner College of Business at U.C. Clifton.
I have two jobs, with a unique setup, My full-time job is at Kings Island where I am a Rides Supervisor and Petco, m part-time job, where I am a Shift Manager. Both of those jobs I love and have had since 2012. My passion is the entertainment industry, specifically amusement park operations. My intended career is to be a manager or director of operations, specifically at Kings Island Amusement Park in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Interests include: Leadership, Technology, Operations, Animal Care, Rides and Amusement Amenities, Hospitality, Drawing and Architecture, Entertainment, Real Estate, Law, Human Resources, and Dentistry (the outlier).
