The paper looks good. I think your vision or goal to focus on millennials, that is a good one. Restaurants following that plan are doing very well, especially those that are in a place like Paxton’s in a historic venue and having a small town feel. You cover all aspects of the honeycomb framework well and I like that you put it into the graphic. The only problem I see with your proposed site map is the amount of time and resources it will take to do well. This may mean someone is dedicated to solely handling their social media so building into it slowly as sales increase may be needed. I think that twitter and Instagram will play an especially big role as millennials do like posting where they are and what they are doing in photos and making sure they are on those sites to get tagged will help. While blogging and Pinterest won’t hurt them at all it may be more work than it is worth, but I could be wrong. Overall its nicely formatted and easy to read and you did a nice job.
